Need help software to choose for pro84

Are there any late and great software for the pro 84 all I can find is the scanlite pro , arc83 and the pro83. Is there any differance in the firmware between the 83 and the 84?
Do you guys have an better idea then me on the ones i found? I could use some help the scanners I had were old and no pc connection. I'm all ears

I think that's about it for the PRO-84, which I think has the same firmware as the 83. Unless the freeware Load83 program has been modified, ARC83 has an edge in that it will import data from the RR database (though you should realize that since neither scanner is a trunktracker, it will likely import these kinds of freqs as conventional). You would need a paid subscription to perform the import, a topic that can be found on the front page of our wiki.
