Problem with BuTel ARC500 Software

HI, I'm having some problems with the BuTel ARC-500. When I upload some Conventional Objects the Frequency's and Alpha Tag's are there but when I hit the scan key it shows "nothing enabled" on the Scanner. I did mark scan list 1 on the ARC-500 Software I also used the Global Settings on the PSR-500 and Enabled Scan list 1 but it still will not scan. Any help would be appreciated

Check that the objects you want to scan are assigned to a scanlist and that the selected scanlist is enabled for scanning (Global settings).
Or email us a file so we can take a look ( arcsoftware at yahoo.com )

HI, Thanks for getting back to me. I did Enabled Scan list 1 in Global settings but it still shows "nothing enabled"on the PSR-500. What file do you want me to email?

We like a copy of the gr5 file.
