Bc780xlt Usb?

Is there a cable availabe that would allow me to connect my my BC780XLT to a USB port on my Dell Inspiron 531 computer? My computer has only USB ports.

Yes simply get a USB to Serial adapter cable.
A number of people on the forum have used this cable for other Uniden Scanners

It should work as well with the BC780XLT, I'm using one from Cables To Go but it's a lot more money.
