I Have designed an antenna for RFID application.
though i have achieved good directivity. but confused in its polarization. just to discuss i want to know how can i determine the designed antenna polarization

If you designed the antenna you designed all of it's characteristics, tested and refined until all is known and up to specs. Electrical engineer's don't ask silly questions, they answer them so what are you really up to here on a hobby forum?
