I am looking to get a better antenna than the RS800 that I have on my GRE PSR-500. There are a couple of digital systems I want to pick up and the towers aren't very far away but I am having some trouble getting them to come in clearly. They are digital trunking systems both in the 850-860mhz range. I have been looking at two different Yagi antennas (see links below). Currently I live in an apartment and will have to keep the antenna inside or possibly the attic as I'm on the seconde floor and have attic access. So I would like some help from people with experience and that know a lot more than I do about which antenna they think I should get or if there is even a better one than the two I have here. Thanks for you help!!!

The Wilson 301111 is a good yagi, I use 2 of them with great results, not sure about the other choices have never used any of them before..

I was just surfing around. I managed to find a PDF of that Antenex 18-element yagi. Very big antenna.
I then came across this one for FAR less money.

I know nothing about this company or this product. It states CLEARLY that its 75 ohms. I don't believe most scanners would be affected by this...

Also, this sucker is 63" long! That's 5 feet of YAGI. :D
