i'm upgrading my CB antenna setup, so i'm looking at a few different options.
i'll be getting rid of two CB antennas:
Wilson Little Wil
Wilson 2000 Trucker on Workman trunk lip mount
and i'm debating which one to upgrade to:
Wilson 1000 trunk lip OR
Maxrad MLB2700 on a Maxrad TC NMO trunk lip mount
now, wilson always touts as having one of the best coil designs. my question is, how would these two compare in general? would one tune better/easier than the other?
i'm slightly leaning towards the Maxrad because i'm also going with another Maxrad BMAXSCAN1000 antenna, each having their own NMO mount, and i would be able to order from the same place.
this is going on a black BMW, so making it look clean is is a factor, but not so much that tuning becomes a real hassle.
