What to get for an outdoor antenna

Hi my name is Jared i have been listening to scanners for awhile now. I have moved to portland and need to know what to get for an outdoor antenna.I live in a apartment so i realy cant mount anything on the house. I'm using a Pro-162 i listen to portland trunked system and the surrounding towns. So any recomendations would gladly be appreciated.

I have had GREAT success mounting this indoor. Signals come in CRYSTAL clear and is by far the best UHF/VHF antenna I have ever used

No one ever talks about this one. i never got to try it but it looks better and more broadbanded then the RS one as it's thicker elements. I'm surprised no one uses this one. a few $ more but sturdier construction.
