Best Antenna to use with PRO 95 handheld

I am looking for an antenna to use with my PRO 95 handheld something I can just stick outside my window to get better distance. Any ideas would be appreciated. I was looking at a JUMBO J-POLE SCANNER ANTENNA FITS RADIO SHACK UNIDEN

The Public Transportation , edison ,gas , city utilitys , state patrol , police , air , fire , cabs...

Anything that is left to listen to..Some of the police are digital now.I am looking at these two
