So I have used the RS 20-176 ground plane scanner antenna for transmitting on the 450-470 band and works great. I happen to have 2 of these antennas and was thinking of "co-phasing" them together but wanted to get some advice before I do. This is completely experimental and I know some people are going to say "DONT DO IT" but it's going to happen anyways so if you have any positive input for me please reply ASAP, as I am finishing up the "weathering" of the antennas.

From what I have read online, I need to seperate the two antennas a wavelength apart as well as the cable from the two antennas (to the T adapter) also a wavelength apart. Should I place these side by side or one above the other? I also heard to use only 75 ohm cable being that it is a "co-phasing line".

Thanks for your input! I will post results and pictures!
