I would question the gain figure. Is it dbd or dbi?

Other than that, it's probably fine. It'll have directional characteristics. It'll have gain. It'll hear stuff better than a wet noodle. An SO-239 is a crappy connector to use at 800 MHz.

Well I received this yagi last week and thought I would test it today. I hooked it up on the ground not enough time before work. WOW I love this little antenna. I use to get 0-1 bars on a P25 system I was getting 3 bars on the ground! This antenna is built very well and for the price 21.00 brand new on ebay I did not go wrong.

Did anyone else buy one of these from that guy he had several and how is your's working out? Can't wait to get mine in the air ad see what it does. Anymore reports?

I have been using mine for about a week. It kicks butt. I only have mine at about 10 feet but that is all that I need, I hear all three of the simulcast zones that cover the county I am in. It is constructed very well and should last a long time. I got mine for $21 to my doorstep as well. Smokin deal on a $150 antenna.
