Antenna Identification

I wonder if someone can identify the bottom antenna on this tower. I am aware the top one is a cellular phone antenna but the bottom one looks just the same however it has twice as many wires coming from it and out of the bottom. Is this a different kind of cellular antenna, I've never seen then with this many cables out the bottom before. Anyone?

Most likely it's a 1900 MHz cellular (PCS band) combined antenna; in other words actually 3 antennas in one radome, 2 angle dirversity receive antennas and one vertical polorized transmitting antenna.
