Using KA3JJZ's words:

No doubt about it, when it comes to radios - HF or otherwise - the topic eventually turns to antennas. There's long been a need for a set of pages that cover this topic in an organized fashion, as well as a way to capture and retain the good links submitted in this forum by others.

The Antennas Wiki page is just such a place. We have numerous links that outline various kinds of antennas for various applications. Everything from loops to baluns and lots in between is stored here. The advantage here is that, unlike a forum message, these links are permanently retained and do not eventually disappear or roll off.

The Antennas Wiki is a good jumping-off point for antenna articles or you can check the Antennas category to see an index of antenna articles.

And remember, you can change a bad link or add new ones - you don't need either Bob or myself to do it. The format of the links is straightforward, so copying them is easy - and don't worry if something gets messed up. You can revert the page back to its original form. The process for this is discussed in the wiki user's guide 73 Mike
