What is the difference between LMR 400 coax and "Low Loss 400 Jumper Cable" by JefaTech - http://www.jefatech.com/product/ll400 ?

The JefaTech cable seems a lot less expensive.

It looks like LMR400 in the picture. Send them an email and ask if they make their jumpers out of LMR400 or something else. It might not be.
