I have a 5/8 ground plane tuned to 160 MHz, SWR is 1.1 at 160MHz.

If I use this antenna on 139.32 MHz what will the SWR be ?

Thanks

I doubt anyone can tell you without knowing exactly how the antenna is matched to 50 ohms.

While the SWR would depend on several things, including element diameter, characteristics of the matching network, and characteristics of the counterpoise, my experience with 5/8 wave antennas has been they are pretty narrowbanded, so "crap" actually sums it up nicely.
