Optimizing Radio Shack 20-176

I have the RS 20-176, it works well but I would like to tweak it. I want it optimized for 450-460 MHz and 150-160 MHz.

I was thinking I would trim the main vertical to 18.5" and lengthen the 2 short angled rods to 6.25". Would I need to do anything with the ground radials?

Will I notice much diference in doing this?
