Question Springfield Weather Station...need a bit of help...

OK I know this might be a long shot but I'm not sure where else to get my answer.

I've got a Springfield wireless weather station, model 91751, and I've got a couple of issues I can't figure out. Yes, I've read the instructions but can't find the answer.

1)I keep losing the signal from the Anemometer to the base unit. I "scan" the recievers as directed, and it picks up, and it'll be ok for from 15 minutes to 1/2 hour, then I lose it. The direction goes to North and the speed/average is 0. I've experimented with different placements of both the base and remote unit, but get the same result. Any suggestions?

2)How the heck do I set the atomic clock to my local time zone? I get the atomic signal just fine, but it goes to Pacific time, and I'm in Indiana.

If anyone can help, or point me in another direction, I'd appreciate it!

Thanks,
Rick N9GSU
