Default Weather App. for iPhone 3G

I figure here is the best place to ask this question. Is there a app. out now that also plays those computerized voice forecasts from NOAA weather radio? If there is more than one of those app.'s, which one is the best for it? I am a driver and would like to be able to hear any severe weather alerts during the summertime and not have to carry a portable weather radio in the truck. I would be looking for the Hartford, CT area NOAA weather radio broadcasts.

While not a weather application, ooTunes Radio will let you listen to NOAA broadcasts. You can also listen to all of the Scan America feeds, all of the feeds from Icecast, all of the feeds from Shoutcast as well as other sources.
