Default Problem with Skywarn Forums!

Does anyone know what's up what the Skywarn forums page? I don't go there very often, tried getting on this morning, The main Skywarn page loads, but when you try to access the discussion forums it kicks to this other type of server and you can't access the forums. Are they working on them or something? Thought someone here might know.........
