Question Civil Emergency Message?

I have Weatherbug on my computer, and i click on Severe weather tab and notice that Wyoming is all in pink meaning Civil Emergency Message, click on the Wyoming state and no message. Well then i check on NOAA and got the the Wyoming and got the part where you scroll to the C.E.M. there it says that this was issue by Riverton,Wyo still i dont see what the message is. Any clues? Yes i'm in Colorado, but just curious on this.

Ok, to answer my own question. I did this enter a zip code to Wyoming on the Weatherbug, the Severe message was flashing red, click on that, there is a message by the NWS Issued a Child Abduction Emergency untill 2:00PM MDT. Thanks anyway, cleared that up.

Weatherbug or NWS have the Abduction Emergency? I didn't even knew that. I used the Weatherbug years back but I wouldn't use that much since my fire wall goes up and keeps coming up with all kinds of questions..... Here in the city I live at the city pd has a program that sends out like if a road is closed or other things happen. It can go your e-mail cell or the program on the computer that is cool.

Around here the NWS will activate the weather radios with an advisory for a Child Abduction Emergency/Amber Alert at the request of the Illinois State Police. They will start off saying something like "The National Weather Service Office in Lincoln, IL has activated an Amber alert at the request of the **INSERT NAME OF ORIGINATING DEPARTMENT HERE**" and then give the rest.
