Default Post some of you favorite broadcast stations

I have been listening to WBCQ a lot on both 7415 & 5110.

Oh, WWV has to be a favorite. If nothing else, it's a comforting old friend making noise in the background.

+1 on WWV mainly because it is EXACTLY the way I heard it on my very first SW getter-a little blonde AIWA portable back when I was 8-9 yrs old otherwise one would be WWCR with Alex Jones in the morning here. I get him best at that time on 12.160 around 20-2200UTC I love some of those whacky 'survival' commercials he runs lol it's like a station for overgrown boy scouts

I have to agree on WWV - it's the first thing I tune to. I made a light joke a bit ago, when I have trouble sleeping, I will turn on WWV :-)

Haha. WWV or CHU will get me to sleep too.

Mainly though I listen to Radio Habana Cuba, WBCQ, or KBS. Sometimes I might run across the neo-Nazi and conspiracy theorist filth they have on some stations based here in the US of A, but I skip right over those.

I don't get 12160 here very well anymore. I have heard commercial for some of AJ's dvd movies run locally during Rush, Beck, and Laura's shows recently.
