Possible pirate radio station. Hearing music. Not very good audio quality.
Signal is S6 into Seattle. Was also about S5 in NJ. S6 into Vancouver, BC

Audio clips from stations you ain't gonna hear these days - Angola, Iraq, Afghanistan, Kuwait:
Shortwave Radio MP3 Files and More | Jilly's Drive-In
I think it just goes to show that it's important to record the stuff you hear now, no matter how common and easy they are ... because 10 years from now they may be gone forever. The clip from Kuwait with air raid sirens as they are under attack is crazy!

Not likely to be hams. That's a CB frequency, just a wee bit off of channel 4 (27005 khz)

Good catch, Ridgy, those Northern Territory stations must be in the skip dead zone for me as all I get is lightning and static crashes.
You'll have to stop drinking coffee last thing at night.

Trying to figure out where Moo Town is. Hmmm, could be Casper, WY or somewhere in TX. But if they're dairy cows, it might be WI, or northern CA. Edmonton, AB is a possibility as would be somewhere in Australia!
Where's Moo Town???
