Not a pirate- more likely WBCQ Maine relaying a program. However that name really brings back memories of Radio New York Worldwide - almost 40 years ago, in fact. Man, that goes back a long way! 73 Mike

I was listening to them before they signed off at 0300z. It was WBCQ in Maine broadcasting the show "Radio New York international". It was the host's last day and they had fun swearing up a storm. Pretty entertaining! Interestingly, they were on USB with a carrier, no audio on the LSB.
