Electricman in Vietnam - Hanoi VOV offices

Today I received a message from Alan Davies.

Speculation that this site:
"21 01 20N 105 51 03E would be another VOV building at 45 Ba Trieu. It appears to house VOV's online news dept, and possibly also the external services."

"A couple of years ago the old buildings at 58 Quan Su had been demolished, so it's possible all of VOV's departments were moved temporarily to Ba Trieu until the new centre at Quan Su was ready."

But we know that the main site at 58 Quan Su is/was the prime VoV External site at: 21 01 37N 105 50 44E

It would be interesting if you (Electricman) could determine the function of each of the two respective Voice of Vietnam buildings in Hanoi if you have the time.

Certainly any pics of the three main Voice of Vietnam SW txer sites in the Hanoi region would be of interest to us here & among the SW dx community.

You know, no one is aware of any Vietnam based SW dxer.

Ian, I looked at the coordinates on Google Maps, and the first 2 looked like they were in a field? The 3rd one I could not identify a Shortwave site? and the last one, I could not see a Tower, but it looked like there may be Satellite Dishes? Could you give a description and possible address?
