WWCR on 6115

From 2120 Eastern time until 2158 (sign-off), I heard WWCR on 6115KHz at S-8 here in Roanoke, VA, even though they're supposedly not on that frequency. Either way, hearing country and bluegrass on the air was a nice change of pace.

Yea, they've taken over 6115 from the old WYFR. Big improvement.

Why do you say they are not supposed to be on that frequency? The A13 for 07/18/2013 shows them on that freq 2100 to 0400z.

I had looked on their website and that frequency wasn't listed. Oh well, I sure ain't complaining. I don't get to hear bluegrass on broadcast very often.

I heard some great Bluegrass on a trip last week from WPAQ Mt. Airy, NC 740 AM.
