I think it's just a shortwave broadcaster. They are playing some sort of folk music now.

Not to be blunt, but blunt I shall be: none of the guys doing pirate radio today have the ***** to do anything political. It's all Mr. DJ playing music. Step up pirates! Take a stand on something ... anything.
Yes.....haha I had my hopes up that it was a Pirate with a noble cause.
