Default Technical specs on digital signals

Recently a question came up on how to find the technical specifications for 2 rather unusual modes; Piccolo and Coquelet. 2 folks came up with these links - the first is partially in Italian, but Google Translate does a reasonable job of making it readable. The 2nd is taken from the new WAVECOM WCODE decoder, and is one page of many that describes various modes.

If anyone finds other such links, please feel free to post them in this sticky
