Thumbs up 13312

Dec 3 on 13312 USB I logged GVT clg AF9 in ALE followed by “Aircraft 29 Thousand” and “Foxtrot” for radio checks.

I just received this note from Larry Van Horn who informs me:

AF9 USAF VC-25A 89AW/1AS Joint Base Andrews, MD #92-9000: Selcal AE-MP

GVT Civilian Contractor E-Systems Test Facility/Raytheon Greenville, TX L-3
Multi Sensor Test Facility (MSTF)

If this is the case then what a thrilling catch!

Aircraft 29000 is the callsign of the president's plane when he is not on board. Air Force One is a VC-25 that resides at Andrews. Hope this helps!
