11211 Khz ALE net -Who?

Lots of ALE calling on 11211 between 1615-1745Z today 1Nov14. PA40 was the main player, called various TZ units: TZ43, TZ51, TZ61, TZ62, TZ63, etc. Twice after establishing a link, there were voice comms in what sounded like ANDVT.

A search found nothing, anybody have any idea what net this is?
