I'm guessing this is probably asiatic Russian in origin, or possibly marine. I was just tuning up at about 0735z and caught this signal:

Looks like maybe some kind of 14-psk type of modulation?

The transmission ended with a short FSK burst of 75 Hz spread which I didn't capture in the above files.

Anyone recognize this one?

Moved to our digital forum - there is a log of a CW station in the UDXF forum attributed to Russian Mil on 3587.6, possibly the same user as here...Mike

I'm not sure why you moved this to the digital decoding forum Mike--my intention in posting it has nothing to do with decoding issues.

This clearly seemed to be a utility station, and that was the central focus of my post.

Could you please move this back to the Utility Listening forum?

Thanks,
Mike

Nope- your description of the signal being possibly PSK with a FSK burst, and your pic, clearly put this query in our digital category - hence the thread was moved.

This forum is utilized when there's a non-ham digital mode used by a utility station involved - and in this case, it clearly is.

Thanks for the interesting contribution...Mike
