Allenwood Barracks NJSP

Does anyone know if the Allenwood Barracks is still in operation? I read it may be closed, but, nothing since.

If it is, where do those troopers work out of now?

allenwood s.p. closed earlier this year.they were actually renting the space.the trooper's were re-assigned to s.p. hamilton station <mercer co.>. they still patrol the same area's of monmouth.

I forsee alot of Troop "B" should be gone (B2/3 & B2/2) by the end of the year once FREE NJSP stops !

Farmingdale Borough gave the SP a desk and a closet in an old municipal building to try and maintain a presence. There was shift in 295/195 coverage by Bordentown & Hamilton stations to compensate for the Allenwood closure.

No there wasn't. On 295 Btown still patrols from 35.9 to 59.9 and Hamilton 60.0 on up through rt 95 to scudders falls bridge. And 195 is also the same.
