Bandera County Fire Dispatch New Freq

I noticed that Bandera County Fire has a new narrowband frequencies and all operations are now on that frequency:

154.97250 WQIL707 203.5 PL Bandera Co. Fire/EMS Dispatch

I only hear Seguin FD on 154.430 now so I suspect they've abandoned that.

Bandera county fire/ems radio freq

We have all gone to the 154.9725 repeater. In analog for now p25 is setup on it were just not.fully useing it yet, and as far as the old 154.430 machine its still in our radios but pretty much Bandera Fire is the only dept that still talks on it, Hope this helps. (LSVFD 2509, KE5KZE)

Also noticed a mistake on RR for Bandera county radio freq, we all use VFIRE 21 not vfire22 we hardly ever use 22 or 23

Thanks for the update, haven't been up there in awhile. Is the Sheriff's Primary channel encrypted as the database says?

Bandera secure

Bandera primary is mixed Analog is clear but when we transmit digital it is secure. This goes for Bandera, tarpley towers

Bandera dispatch,

Negative. Dispatch is encrypted as well on digital. Everything that sheriff's deputy, constables, Marshalls office and fire Marshall and dispatch that is digital is encrypted. Utopia is digital but in the clear
