Can't register product...help (again...blush)

So, now I have checksum and ESN, but cant't register. After giving my e-mail address, I recieve the message that I am already registered, and prompted to leave message if I have forgotten password. Hell, I don't even remember registering before and what login name I used! So, after asking my password to be e-mailed to, it never arrives. Being I take my scanners from my sales stock, I know it never was registered before. What can I do now? I wan't to update to newest version software.

Email UPMan at (uniden dot upman at yahoo dot com) with the ESN and Checksum from the Settings/See Scanner Info, and I'll bet he can get it cleared up for you.

The password reminder email is sent immediately. If you aren't receiving it, then you've either changed email addresses since registering or your spam software is snagging the email. I have no visibility into passwords...

Maybe you should get in contact with them. Also check your spam box.

I did a password reset on his account.

Two people can register the same unit w/o issues.
