Interesting feed problem

I have an interesting feed issue. When you click on the link to listen to the feed, it brings up the web player, and you hear the message saying it sponcered by RR, then the timer will run a few seconds then stop, then run again, then stop. During all this you can hear the scanner audio only when the timer is running. I'm hosting the South Metro Fire rescue feed out of Arapahoe county in Colorado, if anyone whants to take a listen.

Any Thoughts?
