"Unable to connect " Error when using Scanner radio App

Hi

I have 3 feeds running and am able to connect to all 3 of them through this website without issue.
I have today downloaded the brillant "Scanner Radio" App for my HTC Desire phone and am able to connect to 2 of the 3 feeds here in Ireland.

I am unable to connect to the "Dundalk Bay Marine" feed via Scanner Radio app. As i said the stream is working fine through the website.
On the same computer i have a second feed running called "Shanwick HF Oceanic Control" and it runs fine via the android App.

Any ideas as to why I cannot listen to the "Dundalk Bay Marine" feed via Scanner Radio?
