IDing this radio transmission

I recorded this audio transmission on a 800 conven channel. I'm pretty sure its a form of digital,but i dont know if it is an APCO25 or just encrypted audio.If anyone might have informattion i would like to know.I did go to the website that has audio recordings and have not heard of one that site that sounds the same.

I cant upload the .MP3 file so can someone point me to the right forum so i can upload the sound file.
