As Bolt21 posted above, the map states that Davenport is a Dispatch City, meaning that PCSO dispatches Davenport PD on the Northeast district talkgroup 5010. I am too far away from they system to monitor but PCSO dispatch cities using alpha designators. For example Winter Haven PD are Whiskey units. So using that logic they may be dispatched as Delta units on that talk group.
If you hear a dispatched call, copy down the unit number and address. Map it on Google to see if it's within Davenport city limits. That should be able to tell you.
I wish someone would explain how to make heads or tails out of the SO deputy unit numbers. I've heard anything from the 2000's to the 9000's, and the 4000's, 6000's, and 7000's seem to be the most common patrol deputy identifiers. And you can hear a 7000 unit in NW and hear another 7000 unit in SE, so the first digit doesn't appear to designate patrol area. I'm stumped.
I believe they are the deputy's badge numbers. I tried years ago when I had a vacation home in Polk county to figure them out. In NJ, many PDs use badge numbers instead of unit IDs on the radio.
