Downloading Scannercast software problem

I am planning to move my feed to a new computer in a different location to try and improve the quality. I am trying to setup the Scannercast software on the new computer. I have downloaded and extracted the software. Every time I click on the scannercast software in the directory I created an error message come up that it can't open \it says the application did not initialize corerctly (0xc0000135). I have not clue what to do from here. Any suggestions.

I had a lot of problems with Scannercast. I switched to RadioFeed and haven't had any problems.

Solved the problem. The computer was missing the Microsoft .Net. Once I downloaded that the software loaded. Next task is to move the scanner over and get it going.
