Need Live Feed Help

My live feed keeps losing volume after a second of transmitting. I am using a Motorola XTS5000 radio to stream and it is not a radio issue. If i disconnect the radio from the computer it works fine, if i leave the radio hooked to the audio cable and plug that into a external MP3 player speaker it works fine so that leads me to think it is either a scancast problem or a computer problem. I have heard of others having this same issue but have not heard of a FIX. this is my second post regarding this. Please help as i dont want my feed sounding like crap.

Turn down the audio and/or record level. I believe you are over driving your sound card and it is clipping the audio.
