Problems connecting new feed

Hello all,
Any one have an idea what may be wrong with the problem I'm experiencing? Seems my feed can't connect to the server or site to broadcast my feed.
The problem I have is 400 Bad Request. Which is typically seen when it's a bad request looking for a website.

Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated.

EDIT: Scannercast is on my approved list for my firewall.

im having the same problem with my hammond indiana
feed wont let me log into the server
Admins any ideas

The issue I found I was having - I had an IP shield running, that hides my IP. I had to shut that off.
