I lost the whole new list due to McAffee playing with my computer.
Could someone please tell me what the 800 frequencies are for NE Mpls Police and fire? Thank you.

I need all the numbers

Thanks for the numbers for the frequencies but I need mostly the full seven numbers to install. Just for Pct 2 police and the fire dept. for NE Minneapolis.

What scanner are you using? I want to make sure that you have a scanner that will monitor the ARMER system, since it sort of sounds like you have a conventional scanner or don't understand trunking.

Are you sure you have a trunking scanner? I know you posted that you understand this, but I really would like to know what make and model you have because something isn't adding up here. Even if you have a scanner that decodes APCO P25, without trunk trackng, you will here those frequencies active.

Answer

Yes, it’s a Uniden with a trunk 1V system. I’m getting most of the transmits for the police except Pct 2 police and fire.

You need to listen to all 4 Minneapolis police dispatch talkgroups because they switch around throughout the day. The only Precinct that doesn't change talkgroups is 4 who stay on 2 all the time.

These are all the TALKGROUPS for Minneapolis PD & FD they are listed at this link Allied Radio Matrix for Emergency Response (ARMER) Trunking System, Various, Minnesota - Scanner Frequencies --- just scroll down to the ones you want.

The fire department dispatch only has one main dispatch for the whole city as listed.
I hope this is what you are looking for.

Thank you but I need all 7 numbers to enter the frequencies.

What everyone is trying to tell you is that there are no longer individual frequncy's. ARMER is a digital trunked system of which all of the current frequencies used have been provided to you in one of the posts. The most recent post shows all of the Talkgroups that you should have in your scanner in order to listen to what you have requested. A talkgroup is virtual channel, it has a numeric ID but it is NOT a frequency.

OK, instead of the 800 frequencies how do I enter the 2000 and 3000 frequencies? I have a Uniden BCT396T Trunk 1V. I’m using the 800 frequencies to get the police all over except my area which is Pct 2 in NE Mpls. They all work well. Even the emergency for fire and rescue except my fire dept. 2 block away from me. I called everywhere and no one will give me the info. As a block Leader for 80 going to 160 houses no one cares. I have the work and cellular numbers for all these people.

OK, why can’t I just get the Minneapolis 800 frequencies for just the police and fire? The ones that are being sent to me are already on my scanner and the ones I keep reinstalling are only buses to go pick up and drop off people?
What is the main 800 frequency for the 2nd Pct and the NE fire Dept? That’s all I’m asking for. That’s what this whole thing is about.
