I new they were going to 800 Mhz P25 but didn't know when, I take it they made the switch already?

I've heard Mitchell Co. Sheriff on talk group 4687 on KSICS.

I stream Beloit/ Mitchell Co. on my feed, but I haven't put any talk groups for Mitchell Co.
I will put the only TG I have for Mitchell Co. in my scanner when I'm back up there Easter weekend.

Any digital trunking scanner will do. Warning.....they're not cheap!!
I have a GRE PSR 600, need figure out to program with the talkgroup, during the weekend snow storm, might do a search.

Programming software helps a lot. I bought ARC500 when I got my PSR500.
I have a BCD996XT on the way. And you are right, not cheap.
Tnx, have to check that one out, Iv'e got the PSREdit 500/600 software, still got to figure out how to use it fully.

hopefully, I will get the frequencies this week, Apparently still having problems with the new system, Osborne county sheriff is also having trouble so they don't use it.

the control channel frequencies for Mitchell County are in the ksics database. Just need to know the talk group numbers for Mitchell Co.
Just checked the KSICS didn't see it unless I over looked it.

The Mitchell Co. tower is site 023 on KSICS. The control channels for Mitchell Co.are 852.3125(primary) and 852.6125(alternate). With the new scanners, you just have to program the control channels and then enter the talk groups you want to monitor. Hope this helps.
