Wx bleed over??

I'm trying to monitor communications at Monmouth exec airport at 123.000mhz (csq) however every time someone keys up I hear mostly the wx channel which is actually 121.625 with the actual radio coms faintly in the background. Any ideas what I'm doing wrong?

Does this happen with anyone transmitting on 123.0 as in not a specific transmitter?

Sounds like a receiver inter mod.
