Grand Haven Area and County Sheriff

Hello I recently moved to the Grand Haven area and was looking to see what type of signal are they broadcasting also if anyone has their frequency. I have already entered the frequencies that are available here but there's not traffic. I did manage to get a frequency of 155.4900 but not sure from where on the database it says its holland but they talk about county and other things. I have the pro-94 i used to be a really avid person and was on top of everything but i stopped. Can someone please assist me on this.

The MPSCS database shows Ottawa County has TG's on MPSCS, but I don't know how active those are.

I can pick up some Ottawa county traffic on 154.725

can you pick up grand haven I do get holland and i think its norton shores.

Grand Haven Public Safety are 66## units
Spring Lake/Ferrysburg are 47## units

On 154.785 (County Channel)
76## Grand Haven Area Sheriff Units

Grand Haven Public Service is dispatched by Ottawa County Central dispatch on 154.725 with unit numbers 66xx.

You'll also want to listen to 154.785 for anything outside of the city and units coming to and from the jail.

The state police can be heard on either channels (.725 or .785) but you'll hear most of the action on MPSCS TGIDs D6North and/or D6South.

Be sure to program in the Car-to-Car freqs as you can get some interesting "talk" that you won't hear on the repeaters. (155.970)

I got it already thanks for the help on this issue one last question who is the one from 155.4900 from. I cant determine that. I looked at the database and it says its holland but its not the charlie or adam code names its sounds like number. Any Ideas?

I don't mean to high-jack this thread but could someone tell me if the "County MSP towers in the Holland MI area have changed the to P25 Air Interface rather than how I have them programmed in my 396XT as Motorola TYPE IIP25-Analog....I live in IL and should they be programmed like the IL-Starcom....Thank You
