Ysleta del Sur Pueblo TRS

The nation of Ysleta del Sur Pueblo, located in El Paso County has applied to renew their existing STA radio license for their Project 25 simulcast TRS. Can anyone confirm if this system is on the air, and if it's a Phase 1 or Phase 2 system? Likewise, is this TRS is part of the larger El Paso County P25 TRS?
