Help restoring a feed

A combination of a hard drive crash, and a utility company cutting our fiber optic line has had the Delaware County(Ohio) Fire & EMS feed down for over a month.

I am now able to get the feed back up, however after re-installing scannercast on a new computer, when I click log in and configure the Delaware County Fire & EMS feed is not an option to submit to, because it's been taken down since it's been offline so long.

Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!

Feeds are automatically deleted after they are down for three weeks. You just need to "re-apply" to have the feed restored.
