Has anyone seen this message from the ARC for Radioshack PRO433/528 software? I purchased it from here on the RadioReference website and haven't been able to get it to download from RR.

---------------------------
ARC433
---------------------------
FaultCode: SOAP-ENV:Client

FaultString: Operation 'x' is not defined in the WSDL for this service
---------------------------
OK
---------------------------

Is there any way to fix this? I've verified firewall settings and have uninstalled/reinstalled. I have a premium subscription as I'm a feed provider, and I've tried the evaluation copies of other ARC software versions and it works okay in those - the problem is only in the ARC433 version.

Did You try downloading it from Butel?

System Requirements:
Windows XP/2000/Vista/7
Radioshack PC interface cable 20-047 or 20-546 or the GRECOM USB cable
IMPORTANT: Radioshack cables 20-048 and 20-049 do NOT work with the Pro-433/528/2051
Use other cables at your own risk! Use the ARC433 demo version to verify communication works before purchasing the software! All software sales are final.

Hi RonnieUSA,

Yes, I already tried downloading it directly from them but I have the same problem. Oddly, it's only with that version of the software. The other programs for the other scanners have no problems at all.

I'm using BuTel's ARC433 v 1.22.01 and can import from RR with no problems this morning.

I couldn't find a copy of that file anywhere on my system, hidden or not hidden.

I actually found the files and deleted them all then restarted the computer but I have the same problem. I also uninstalled the software, rebooted and reinstalled but am continuing to have the problem.

Here's the info from the faultlog file in the same directory.

Try re-installing a new copy. Also doublecheck you entered the correct username/password in the RR import window and make sure that ARC433 is allowed full internet access in your firewall or as a test disable the firewall.
