EDACS system was up in the mid-90s, the rest is correct.

Did they recently switch radios? & the reason I ask is I purchased a lot of radios that are Harris Macom and they belonged to Lubbock. I want to know if they are VHF,UHF, or 800mhz also if they are narrowband capable, are they p25 or conventional?

As VictorXray says the system is EDACS 800 MHz, and I am guessing that they are in a transition mode at the moment since they are changing to a P25 Phase 2 type system. I am guessing (and is only a guess) they are replacing the older radios with newer ones that are capable of both modes as they get ready for the switch.
