site 30 New TG's BYU?

Site 30 has some new TG's.

I have not decided if they are Provo city PW or BYU.
I would not think BYU would use both Ucan and DMR system for PW, dorm room stuff but it sounds like they are.

Here are the new one's to watch

There are about 10 more but only 1 or 2 hits on them so far.

When the site first went live Provo PD traffic would sometimes be on it. But over last three days no Provo or any other normal UCAN traffic has been heard or seen with Unitrunker.

I will be up that direction Saturday if it don't rain much. I'm already setup for BYU and Provo I will see if anything matches what I have.. If it is DMR what will I hear different than usual motor boat noise? Will it be a different noise than even the MPT1327 system? What can I expect to hear? And what can I listen for?

no it sounds more like a data channel. you will hear no voice at all.
search for DMR and/or mototurbo sound examples. Give you an idea of what to listen for.

On site 30 I am not sure what all its setup for. No peers, just sounds like PW stuff.
Once i did hear a code 4 check but missed what TG it was.

Ok so this ought to be interesting.. So does that mean in the DB we need to change it from a Motorola system to a DML System or part of both system

Theaton is in process in changing. Everything that we have is null besides some of the frequencies.
They are used in the DMR system.

There should be more Ut State hospital TG's
37088 Central Area 2&4?
38080 Provo Power
38336 800 Units?
