Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority(MWAA) 700Mhz P25

Does anyone out there have any information on the progress of this system?

System is "active" but with no CAI activity while monitoring.

Just curious due to the fact that im still tickled pink they went 700 and its been months.

Just ran pro96com on the DCA site and the system status is not technically active. System status is still listed as ST!.

Thank you for the quick response. pretty safe to say there's never been active voice channel. I'm curious as to the audio quality of the 700 band. VHF p25 through IMBE is my favorite. you actually have bass in the audio making whoever is talking actually sound human.
