Email Alerting

Ok so,
I am currently using a Uniden BCT15x. I have the Fire Tone Out setup to go off when I get paged out for my fire department. I was wondering if there is any sort of program on a computer (preferably free) or any ideas on how I could get an email or text sent to me when the tones drop.
